Tracker Account Handed Over

I took up insurance with First for women last year (2014) June and I took the option of them fitting in a tracking device for me, so they said I should send them a fitment certificate once that is done. I did exactly that and I even got confirmation that they received the tracker fitment certificate. <br> To my surprise, I received a call from Altech Netstar's debt collectors saying that my tracking device has not being paid for the last 7 months. I called First for women and they said that it was a mistake on their system that they did not capture that I have installed a tracking device. I am not happy at all, because my credit report might be affected by this and it is certainly not my fault that Altech Netstar has not been paid.<br> And if I took the contract directly with Netstar I would not have skipped a single premium. If this is not sorted out by First for women I will definitely cancel my insurance with them, and I will not recommend anyone to take up cover with them because of their inefficiency and inconvenience caused.
