I phoned yesterday 11/03/2014 to register a claim for a ****** cellphone and got through to Jogerah Martins who assisted me in the most professional and friendly manner. She was very helpful, knew exactly what she was doing, explained the entire procedure (as I'd never registered a claim in the past) and assisted me within a matter of minutes, in dealing with this traumatic experience of having my son ****** of his cellphone. She displayed a truly positive attitude towards her service-orientated position. She kept me informed and at 2.00pm today 12/03/2015 informed me that the claim had been settled and what to expect - this really exceeded my expectations as I didn't think that this would be handled so quickly. She updated my policy and ensured that a copy was sent through to me today. She is a true asset to the Insurance Industry
