Totally not Happy

I have been trying to cancel my insurance for the past 3 months , sending emails but no response. Yesterday they called me and said its impossible to cancel the insurance ,I told the consultant that I want to change to another provider they told me they will call today, another consultant called and said they will not deduct anything this months and next month but still they didn't honour their promise.

My advice to any person who wants to take an insurance is to stay away from this monster insurance company.
