Totally disappointed and disgruntled

Late November in 2023 I was called by a consultant from the Vap department.i regards with a value added product.I had informed him that I was not interested as I could not afford it.He however advised me that he will send me an obligation free quote and if I decided to take the policy I must email him.He also advised me that the payment would only go off my account at end January 2024.I still advised him that I am going to speak to my husband.I did not accept the policy.Come end of January,the money was taken off my account.Didnt even get any calls from the consultant. I emailed him but no response. I called first for women and requested the policy to be canceled.I was informed that I will be reimbursed within a couple of days.In the interim,one of my allocated debit orders was returned because of the foolishness of the consultant. To First For Women the amount maybe snall but my debit order was returned.It is not about the amount but the principal. The greed for having to get one more customer under his name had costed me,time,embarrassment,stress and the return of my insurance premium.This is just a perfect example of how unsuspecting people out there get taken for a ride.Being a client of First for Women, I am totally disappointed about this whole matter
