TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED

I had an accident 4th October 2019 and give first for women all the details of the third party only to find out that I must wait for my excess..... no time limit given at all. The details of the third party given are wrong on their side. I called the third party and his insurance and not one has called they just say the third party not answering their calls. I am not happy at the moment as they take your excess off without even asking would you like to pay it upfront etc. So shortfall on my car that was written off. Worst of all try calling the claims or collections department every one has a different story.
