Total incompetence from 1st For Woman

I am astounded. I put in a claim for my car. I was told my claims officer would call me the next day. 2 days later I had to call her after having heard nothing. I submitted my claim on what's app on the Friday. It was authorised and the panel beater phoned to notify me that it was. My claims consultant promised to call me on the Tuesday. I'm still waiting for Lerato's call. Never heard from her again. I went to the panel beater they said the assessor hadn't assessed the damage correctly and we had to re submit the claim. The panel beater said he should have an answer from the assessor in 4 to 5 days.10 days later I hadn't heard from the insurers. I called them. They left me holding on forever. Finally the consultant came back to me to say she had spoken to the panel beater and they were waiting for a part. As before the panel beater phoned me to let me know we've day the part would arrive and to book my car in. Again I had to phone Ffw to organise the car hire. The car hire phoned me in under 5 min after I spoke to the ffw agent. My car went in on the 28th Sept got it back on 6th Oct. Yesterday 9th Nov I get a letter from first for woman (ffw) to say my claim has been authorised and that the panel beaters would contact me *** seriously...... are they that ***********!!!!!!! I'm speechless.
