Took my part and no one knows anything about it
On the 13th May FFW sent someone to help me open my gate,the person left with my power supply and I did'nt hear from her again,All I want is for FFW to tell me who this Company is they sent to my house so I can get my part.I called about 5 times and no one is able to help me.How do you send someone to my house and no one knows who it is.The last person I spoke to is Ayanda who was helpful in trying to see who came out.She gave me a number so I can trace this part but no reply and I left a message on a voicemail I want FFW to tell their people TO BRING MY PART BACK,I am at a security risk because my gate motor is not working
