Too long to attend to flat Tyre and reach out to the customer

I have put an alert over an 1 hour ago for assistance with flat Tyre. I had advised the call centre that I needed for them to come out with a wheel spanner as well. Their service provider had to arrange for wheel spanner to come out to site. The response time is too long. This is a very busy area yet the turn around time to resolve this is so,so long. I would have been hi jacked or killed before being assisted. I am considering to change my insurance company now.
