Today I have called the customer service and was attended by Nthabiseng. She was friendly and listen attentively to my query on the premium increase and was able to give advise and get me good rate on both policies. She knows her work and she must keep the good work. She has exceeded my expectations. My rate is 10 to her excellent service.
