Today I give 4 stars. I would have given 5 stars, but I will never forget the time I was stranded with an overheating car and they weren't willing to help bring water,.but they could bring fuel? Anyhoo, today I dealth with Samantha regarding my premium. She managed to not only lower my premium, but also my excess. Very happy indeed.
