Tiring claim process with first for women that leaves the client very frustrated

After my car was towed to Kokstad I was advised that the assessor will issue the report latest on Friday the 29th of May. On the 29th of May Diloshni Naidoo advised on the following:

"The assessor needs to check if there is any possible undercarriage damage that can affect the engine. The next update is on the 03/06/2026 before 17:00"

Why was this not checked by the assessor on the 26th of May when he went to do the assessment or the assessor had not assessed the car at all? Why does it take two weeks for a car to be assessed?

I am only left with two weeks with the courtesy car yet the car assessment is not complete.

I emailed Diloshni on the 29th of May and did not receive any response and emailed again yesterday with no response.

This is very frustrating and disappointing from first for women.
