This is the first time in all the years I have had insurance where I actually felt valued as a customer just by the Representative who took the time to call me back and assist me with my query

This is the first time in all the years I have had insurance where I actually felt valued as a customer just by the Representative who took the time to call me back and assist me with my query. He not only helped me with my query but went the extra mile in reconfirming some of my benefits which I didnt even know existed yet I am paying for the services. I have never had someone call me back just to tell me about the services I have rather than someone trying to call me to sell me some thing new. This representative definitely needs recognition for this. I was really happy and wish more people could be like him.
