THIS INSURER FRUSTRATES ME
I am absolutely livid at the level of customer service i have been receiving from FFW. When it comes to any claims - you get told that you policy is not active- the strategic partners Innovation Group is not not helpful and the ATTITUDE I GET FROM CONSULTANTS IS APPALLING
