this insurance dsnt care about their clients

I was hijacked going to church last month,i reported the incident immidiately to the nearest police station .since iwas shocked that time i called the insurance the following day to report the matter,the detective who deal with my case phoned me telling me that the car was discoved the same day of hijacking nd there was no much damages it was just scratches both sides of the car,i was happy for the news nd i phoned my insurance to tell them the new news,they then instructed me to go and identify my car and to sign the realese form,and i didd so,they told me to email my statement,case no and other and i have done so but i never got any response to then and if you phone u must have R50 airtime.im stl do not knw what is going on with my car as the days of courtesy car are about to be finished.so the only person who can help me is you hellopeter that is why i complain to you.please help me becoz this insurance doesnt care about people it only cares about their money that they deduct only.<br> <br> Thank you for your help in advance
