Third party claims

My car was bumped by a client of First for women and after the accident he gave me his details so, that I can claim against him through his insurance company. I made the claim and I was told to take my car to one of their assessment centre in Gezina on 5th of January 2016 and I did take my car in for assessment. When they were supposed to fix or pay for the damages they told me they are rejecting my claim because, their client is not the one who caused the accident, ironically the person who caused the accident is also their client and they will protect their client should I wish to proceed against their client.
