Third Party Claim refused!

On the 6th November I was involved in an accident on the N3. The other vehicle is insured with First for Women. I have no insurance. On the 9th Nov I messaged them on their website requesting the appropriate documentation to lodge my third lady claim. I was contacted but we got cut off so I called back & the consultant advised he would send me an Email with all the requirements to process my claim. No email received. A few days later I got a call from a lady who bluntly & rudely asked me how do I plan on paying for their clients damages. I advised her that I was lodging third party claim & just needed the e-mail address to do so. She said she would come back to me cause she needed to speak to her client. She then called me & said they wouldnt consider my claim as I dont have a witness (but I do have photos). She said no & ended the call. A few days later a guy called with the same story & he wanted my email address to send the letter of demand to me. Again, I advised him that I want to lodge a 3rd party claim so he could go ahead & e-mail me the letter & I would simply lodge my claim using that e-mail address. 1 month later & still no info as to where to submit my claim!
