Thieving Company!!!

Thieving Company!!! On two occasions within the last year I have had the same experience, I should have changed insurances with the first experience. We have business vehicle insurance as well as personal vehicle insurance with them. The first claim was for a business vehicle, another vehicle turned too sharp and collided with our vehicle, an employee was driving. They wanted R8400 access, after inspection the car they wanted to write it off, I refused and sent the vehicle to a different reputable AA panel beater. With parts and spray painting they repaired the whole car for R4500.00. The funny thing was that when I was driving the car away from their impound I got a phone call from them saying that someone saw the car and wanted to make an offer for R11500 as is and they think I should accept the offer. The last incident was now on Monday night, I drive a 2006 Toyota Yaris. I was reversing out of a parking area, another vehicle was approaching and we collided. Literally only the boot lid is damaged, the bumper needs a lick of paint. I was just called by them saying the vehicle has been written off, I had a feeling that we were going to walk a similar route and had a quote done by a totally different AA approved panel beater (R6500 with panel & spray painting). The conversation was as follows, Access is R9400 (This on a policy that has only had a windscreen replaced 6 years ago and has 3 vehicles on it). They are writing the vehicle off and the vehicle is only valued at R33000.00. Our policy was amended about a year back and I think it is insured for 55k, why would they insure us for so much if they only value the vehicle at 33k? So needless to say this is the last straw and I will be taking my business elsewhere. I do not have time for companies that only want to make money off you, they are ******* and are openly operating as a company that will be there to assist in any way possible. All we have experienced in the last 7 years is a company that wants to line their pockets at their customers expense. First for women – Last for customers!!!
