*******! Rude consultants and useless managers!

First of all! My mother who is 60yrs old had to deal with the rudest consultant who is said his name was Sfiso Mjicikazi or whatever his surname is..! He was rude and did not give my mother (the client) a chance to speak! He kept on talking on too of her! Secondly. The issue at hand was a double debit that happened on in Feb 2021, but they refuse to pay the money back and i asked for a recon.. to date it has not been sent! I then asked to speak to Sfisos manager as my mom was too upset, she said her name was Thembakazi! She has no idea what the hell is happening there! She failed to answer a simple question that i asked her! I asked her.. “do you guys bill in advance?” She failed to answer me. I then asked her to send a recon statement from April 2020 to April 2021.. i doubt she even knows what that is! So, if i do not get a response by today COB, im taking this to social media! We are tired of insurance companies taking monies from innocent people! And as for Sfiso, he should not be first line of assistance to clients! He is useless and speaks to clients like they are his friends! Rudest consultant ever! After you guys have sent a recon, Sfiso needs to call my mother and damn apologise for the way! My mother is not his peer! Nxa! Thembakazi.. please go back to product training!
