They refuse to pay back my refund

In January i called and asked for a break in my poliçy as i was not financially stable. The stopped deducting for only one month and the second month they were deducting again. I called them and they said they will refund me within 7 days.

The have not. I have called them contless times and they just simply say they will refund refund but still today we are in June and i have not received my refund.
