They really do care
<p>I received an annual increase letter from FFW a few days ago. The increase was considerably higher than the inflation rate so I queried it. I just received an e-mail from Customer Management to explain the reasons for the steep increase and an offer of a better quote. I have been with FFW for many years and have always been very impressed with their products and service. Keep up the excellent client service!</p>
