They dont want to pay the full amount

last year Nov 2015 we had a ******* in our house. They took the TV (plasma) and bottles of whiskey and brandy. My father did go to the police and make a statement and then I contacted 1st for woman and Azizah the lady who was helping me listed the documents I must submit on the documents she also mentioned the proof of payment for the TV or the Manual of the TV or else a picture of the TV explaining that they want that for the size of the TV. I could not get the proof of payment because it was bought in September 2011 but then I could get two pictures of the TV and I sent all the documents. After sometime they called me telling me that my claim has been approved, so I asked the details and to my surprise for the TV they were paying for the smallest TV because they claim the cant see the size of the TV. I told them its not acceptable because they might not know the size of the TV but you can see its no 32 CM.
