They don't really care

It has been 2 weeks without my vehicle and without proper feedback from 1st for women, I have to consistently be the one who asks for feedback and I keep being promised to get feedback every time I call, which never happened, I took my vehicle back to the repair on 30/06/2025 Monday on Thursday 3 July 2025 I still hadn't received feedback so I decided to go to the repairer where I met with the assessor who informed me one of the problems I had stated was due to my tires, mind you I had been using these tires before the accident and didn't have the problem before the accident, on the Thursday I paid for 4 brand new tyres to be fitted into my vehicle which was done on the Thursday, I was told that they were still waiting for the electricians report and would get feedback as soon as they got the report, I waited and waited Monday 7 July I call into the contact center twice, first was told person dealing with my matter is still busy and would get back to me, after waiting for a couple of hours I called back again and I was able to speak to him, he told me same thing about waiting for electricians report and he promised to email me the feedback and they were also awaiting qoutes which he didn't specify for what till date no feedback no email. Yesterday again I asked for feedback and was told they are waiting for electricians report, my concern is how long does an electrician take to generate a report? It's been over 3 months without a vehicle and all while I am paying premiums for a vehicle that is not even in my possession, FFW really is showing me that they do not care at all and are treating me of no value. I am consistently having to post here in order to be heard
