They dont pay out on claim and beating around the bush

So here I am looking for a different insurance company. I have three vehicles insured with First for woman and had a fourth one and the first time I have a claim they reject it. I took my car to three different panel beaters and all had the same outcome! First for woman used a assessment they did on photos and said that the damages is not that bad. And that the bumper did not need replacement so and then told me if I am not happy I can drive to their assessment team, Wow I am shocked by this and would not advise them to anyone, I gave them a quote for a panelbeater on their panel and still they can tell me something different. They are very quick to sell you insurance, but when you claim you wait two weeks just to find out that you get rejected*Then why do I have insurance then. This is the worst I have ever heard from a insurance company! They dont value clients and if this is the case with my first claim then I dont trust them in the future should I have a serious accident. I am sorry, but this is not the peace of mind I had in mind
