They don't communicate back and their agents are lies

I would like everyone to know that whenever they say your matter is escalated , its an automated message and they never communicate back.

I have been fighting with their agents since 18th i ended up saying they must cancel my policy with immediate effect , i don't expect any deductions and the agent agreed and told me i dont need 30 days notice. I went ahead and find another insurance, Only to find monthly deductions on the 1st when i called they told me the same agent i spoke to will call me back which she did not instead of calling to explain she. Send me a cancellation notice starting 31st of March . Am very angry and this insurance does not care . Honestly i wish i could do something to reach out to all women and warn them
