They don't care about the needs of their customer
I needed my car to be town on the 1st of April to my mechanic and coins and some R20 notes and R2500 worth sunglasses went missing ...I know for sure that mechanic did not take it because I have been working with them for years and things like this never happened. When I called the insurance to complain they connected me to the driver and left us to solve the issue between us .they never even bothered to try and investigate the matter..

They went out of their way to resolve the issue at hand. And I really appreciate their sincerety. I would still recommend them because they are accountable for their employees mistakes and apart from this incident they do render good service.
