Worst service provider Called more than 3 weeks ago to cancel my policy Was told the cancelation email would be sent and a pro-rata would be charged as per my debit date Always debited on the wrong date aswel,debited days before the actual date Never received the cancelation letter till now Full amount still debited from my account This is **********! It is on record that I canceled my policy and against my will being debited the full amount They will never answer the call when you try calling And you have to send multiple requests for them to call you back Very very disappointed I do not want to have anything to do with this policy why is it so difficult to cancel I will never encourage anyone to deal with 1st for women they are robbing us and cost of living is already so high Very unhappy
