The worst services ive ever encountered

Hi Ive been contacting you cant hold of you guys. Ive send emails no one is responding to my emails just saying consultant will come back to me, no one, ive even tried sending call backs from your app no one is calling. All i want is just to update my bank details, but now that you not coming back to me no problem, i wont bother anymore ive tried If this is the type of service you guys are providing to your customers than ill have to say goodbye to you guys after 5 years. Other companies will appreciate my services.
