THE WORST SERVICE EVER (NO SERVICE OR ASSISTANCE WHAT-SO-EVER IN A MOMENT OF NEED)

I was with 1st for Woman several years ago. Although their adds on tv is very good I will never recommend them to anyone. At that time I paid a high premium for good cover. One evening after work a young guy came from my left with a heck of a speed from their parking area. He crashed into the left of my car into my tire and caused quite a lot of damage to my car. His car was a write off. I drove a Honda Ballade. When I phoned 1st for woman they did not send anyone to come to be with me although I paid for guardian angel by my side. I took photographs and got a case number. They never send a tow truck. They did not assist me in any way with my claim but rather were looking for reasons not to assist. I was there woman all alone at night time. I kept phoning them for assistance. They kept saying that someone will come but no-one ever came. They never assisted with my claim. I even paid extra on my insurance for legal assist. They did not even help me. It was the most terrifying and horrible experience I have ever had with any insurance. If it is up to me I will recommend that no woman should ever trust them. They let me down so bad when I needed them so much. No assistance what-so-ever. Don't trust them. Don't use them.
