THE WORST SERVICE!!!! EMPTY PROMISES!!! useless staff!!!!

<p>Even after they responded to my review on Hello Peter to sort my issue out nobody called me back! ater a few days I had to call and I was still talking to someone who doest know what was going on. I was told to send my bank statement as they were denying debiting my account for a vehicle that was already written off, this waqs done and still nothing from them!!!! month end is approaching and I know my account will be debited but they dont want to give my refund. all FFW wants is to benefit from us, they dont care about their clients.</p> <p> </p> <p>Im taking my business elsewhere!</p>
