The worst pathetic service Ever

On the 1st September 2026, Received a call from *** ***8.Advising that they wont be continuing with the 3rd party claim as the other party didn't send the required documents. I then advised her that i spoke to an agent from 1st for women she was assisting me with cancellation of my value added service and she advised that i had a policy that covers excess fee.I then requested that i get my refund since well i was covered which she said YES, it is possible i needed to log a claim for that refund. I proceeded to ask that i be redirected to the relavent department to my surprise i was taken from pillar to post 13 agents i spoke to from 1ST for women didn't know what am talking about until the last lady that dropped a call on my ear cause she couldn't assist me.

i was considering coming back to 1st for women to cover my household items and New Car but after this experience i wouldn't suggest One takes they insurance.
