The worst experience ever with my first claim

i have my first claim for a car damage and lost handbag, the excees was deducted plus an extra 10 %for the car why only the excess should be deducted not so....my handbag claim excess was R1200 for a claim of just over R3000 rediculous and besides that when going tin to the store to replace the items lost i could not do that as the prices in the store are so much more now than when i purchased my items,,,had the consultant said to me go into store gets quotes for the replacement value of the item s i would have been all to happy but no they asked me how much did i pay for it which is totally diffrent now i could not replce anything not even my wallet everything is double the price... and when i sent an email to complain no one had gotten back to me why because they are guilty and it pathetic service i am cancelling immediately as i am 100% sure i can find cheaper insurance with better service first for woman does not look out for the customer for the women like they say they just loom out for themselves so what is the point of having it if it doesnt benefit me when i need it to!
