How does your roadside assistance work? We had a horrible experience last night where we hit a pothole that resulted in two flat tires. We requested roadside assistance, but in a nutshell, we didn't get any help and were instead given the runaround. We ended up calling a family friend, and to make matters worse, we were stranded at night in a ***** area. The worst experience 🙌
