The worst customer service!

On Saturday 7 May 2016, after the unfortunate incident of having my car broken into for the second time in 3 weeks, I called First for Women (who I've insured with for a number of years) only to experience the worst customer service ever!

After requesting a road side assistance tow truck to come to my car at 7am on Monday morning to get fixed (as my mechanic is not open on weekends) the consultant assured me they would call back to confirm.

Hours later I received a call from the tow truck driver to say he was at the premises, which didn't help me at all.

I then had no further feedback regarding the actual tow truck I booked for Monday morning.

Luckily I managed to fix the part of the car that was damaged and was able to drive it.

I then called First for Women this morning to lodge a complaint.

Now, a few hours later, not only did I not receive an apology, instead I received an email with a policy schedule update increasing my car insurace by over R100 per month without any of my details changing or any claims submitted!

I am deeply disappointed and frustrated by the process and the way I have been treated. The reason we take out insurance is to make life easier when things go wrong but instead this has added a lot of stress, time wasted and now extra money!
