The worst car insurer!

I have never dealt with such an inept organisation - my car has been in for hail damage for 2 months - the authorisation wasn't even received for the first month even though I had to do an assessment 1 month before it went in to be fixed - no updates, they didn't tell me where the car was going to be fixed, when I go to collect my car it hasn't been started for 2 months so can't drive it. I phone to complain, the complaint is not logged, I speak to two managers neither of them can sort it out, promises for call backs that don't happen the list goes on and on.

This is basic basic basic - honestly, you guys don't deserve any new clients.
