The worst and most frustrating claims process

First for women is the worst insurance ever when it comes to claims. it has taken more than 2 days after submitting my claim to get an outcome and way forward and I can't get through to either the complaints department nor the person handling my claim. 1st for women has the worst and most frustrating claims process and they don't seem to be bothered by it as I see many complaints about this but clearly nothing being done about it. This process should take no more than a day. I've experienced both Miway and Santam claims processes and they beat 1st for women by far, do yourself a favor and leave first for women if you don't want stress upon claiming. I should have known that the lower excess and premium would come at a very frustrating cost.
