The staff just don't listen

On the 19th of September my debit order went off and my debit order date is on the 20th I called to complain and I was asured that will never happen and I was told that should the 20th be on a Sunday they will debit on the day after. To my suprise today on the 19th the debit order went off, is first women capable of telling the truth I have been with this insurance company for years and this is really making me question if I'm insured with right company. Such an easy thing to do I must be paying bank charges and now I'm getting messages saing I must close my cheque account as I cannot handle my debit orders....WHAT IS SO DIFFICULT
