The service I have received with processing a claim is absolutely ********** shocking! I've called every week for 3 weeks and each time have been advised that my claim will be referred to management
The service I have received with processing a claim is absolutely ********** shocking! I've called every week for 3 weeks and each time have been advised that my claim will be referred to management. No-one replies to my messages in the chat bot and I can't find an email address.
