The service from this company has been the worse I had since entering the insurance market

The service from this company has been the worse I had since entering the insurance market. They fixed my vehicle after my accident and now it's worse then pre accident and they don't inform you of the state of my vehicle or how far they are with trying to fix the problems created by the first people that worked on my vehicle and on top of that they can't even extend the rental without me letting them know that it's about the expire. This should be done from their side and not me letting them know all of these things.
