The sale and service...

The sale and service department did nothing really to assist.. faith from service didn't show sympathy and really didn't care when I told her that theres incorrect information.. she did not follow up or at least keep me in the loop. I called this morning and got the similar treatment from masibudi. Cut me off while I was.. However I spoke to the lady from cancellations she was efficient.. and listened to me and resolved my issue.. with the policy information being incorrect... Thank you for saving first for women's reputation because I was ready to move to the next insurer .. I can not express my gratitude and first for woman needs employees like you.. who actually listen.. thank you so much for the beautiful service from the cancellation department
