The premiums are quite high but better compared to others based on the cover

The premiums are quite high but better compared to others based on the cover. Contacting the company is really frustrating. Some people would like to call but the system doesn't allow that. It is not everyone who is conversant with technology. I agree with saving us from calling the call centre and transferred from pillar to post, and listening to unending voice instructions and options that don't make sense sometimes. But really if we can at least get contact numbers. Their emails just sent messages but we can't email them, it's frustrating. I wish they can do something with their way of communication.
