THE POOREST SERVICE EVER!!!!
The Poorest Service ever!!!!! 1st for women debited more premium than usual from my acc, and I did make them aware of such, but they told me that it was a yearly increase of R300, then I opted for membership cancellation, understanding that if i agree to the ridiculous increase, next year I would be paying R600 more from the initial R1200, then they apologised and gave me a discount on the increase, which resulted to R100 more to the initial premium, then promised to refund the R300 back to me within 3-4 days, it has been 4weeks awaiting for the refund, and they are now not calling me and giving false promises. Now my concern is not really a refund but if they struggle to pay a lousy R300 refund what more about the real claim of an accident or loss of a car? Would they really follow up to their promises?
