The phone call was a challenge kept getting dropped

The phone call was a challenge kept getting dropped. However the consultant were very helpful. However I was unable to complete my transaction due to the fact the consultant was unable to transfer me to another another department. I’m now waiting a call to be able to conclude my request. So a little frustrating.
