The Manager, Ms Bezuidenhout, is nowhere to be found to deal with complaint

Had a leak in the ceiling after the rains. Called 1sr for women and they sent out a guy who said there's nothing wrong with the roof, I have to replace the ceiling. Over R2000 and I had to pay about R1500 excess. Didn't trust the assessor and got another private quote from a roofing company. There are 4 leaks in my roof where the water can be seen underneath, and the ceiling should not be replaced now because it's wet and, in any case I can just sc**** it and paint it myself. Does 1st for women get the worst and cheapest companies?? I phoned them at 10am this morning. Was told they will leave a message with the manager Jonelda Bezuidenhout. I have since phoned back 4 times and it is now 5pm. No sign of Ms Bezuidenhout. Therefore I think it would be wise never to insure your assets with this company - they are totally ***********! Ms Bezuidenhout, the ball is in your court...
