The Lady who was ass...
The Lady who was assisting me was very friendly and patient with me , she explained the policy so I can understand and when I asked to repeat again she was ok with that she make sure I did understand and Its very pleasing to get assistance like this she was very patient with me and I'm very happy with the service she gave .
