The lady who assisted me **** so that I do not cancel my policy

I have been their client for almost two never claimed paying high premiums but I want to cancel the lady told me to wait for 3more months for reviews then they I will beat the offer that I got from other insurance... i waited for my premium to go up and I've been waiting for this lady call since they said she will call me back... cz I would have canceled in July now my premiums is worse n they telling me they can not do anything...its been weeks waiting for a call
