the insurance poor service
i had a house break and my house hold was ******, during the claim the insurance requested proof of purchase which i did not have, one thing that really ****ed me off is that my IPad air was ****** along with its box, this enabled me to block it since i need IMEI number. Why First for women never requested the serial number or IMEI number for the ipad before it was insured? i have also sent pictures of all items that was ****** but they say that does not prove ownership. My house hold claim was turned down. the insurance could not help me with anything thing i have forwarded to them.
