THE 'HIGHEST MANAGER' KAPISH SINGH IS THE WORST

<p>I honestly have exhausted every posisble way I know tyring to communicate with these people who have turned my life upside down.I beg you to put yourselves in my shoes and try to understand my furstartion.They have tried to enrich themselves by claiming they paid for repairing a car which has been dented for more than 16 months and still couting.As a customer the first thing you do if you have a problem with a companyis to escalate within department hoping to get someone more suprior who will attend to your problem,if that fails then you go to social networks which ensures speedy resolution as most companies don't want to their image to be *****ined in public.Judging by the bad reviews about FFW these people don't care as long as they get fat cheques at the end of the month,it doesn't matter who is affected by their actions.I would like you to get off your leather executive chairs and think about the promise of seeing this through till the end.If you're involved in an accident most people will tell you to relax and let your insurance handle it but this wasn't the case with FFW,I remember when I once escalated an issue at Miway and it was resolved that same day before 17:00.I just asked to speak to the consultant's supervisor who gave me her word and my made it her mission to honour her promise.Hope you sleep well at night.This is my third car and I was insured even before I got a valid drivers licence but this one was the first time in my whole life that I had to set my foot in court,alll because I made one big mistake of switching to FFWI curse the day I joined First For Women,had I known you will bring me so many problems just when I could finally see the light......................................AYI!!!!</p>
