The consultant had so much patience for me, my questions were just hypothetical but she answered all of them in an excellent way. After our call I can confidently say that I now know things about insurance and claiming that I should have learnt 9years back when I first owned a car. Im just sad I forgot her name, her service was a solid 10/10
