I would like to say thank you an amazing client experience I had yesterday. I was stuck at wynberg park my car didn't want to start and I went on my first for women app and requested assistance. It was so efficient. They called to find out where I am. If I'm safe. Do I need transport home. From the word go. Every simale encounter I had with the call centre the tow truck driver. The transport that was arranged by first for women insurance to take me and my family home. They kept in contact with me until the transport they arranged came to fetch us and till the pick up tow truck came. They were so efficiant fast and showed real concern.Overall the experience was by far beyond my expectations. And for that I want to say a big thank you from a most satisfied and happy client.
