THE BADDEST SERVICE EVER, I WOULDN'T EVEN RECOMMEND THIS TO A FRIEND!!!

What a financial inconveniences since the first call from you I regret ever picking up. The desperation of sales. I was in a process of making a purchase and things did not work out between myself and the car dealership. I got multiple calls from all these insurance company I had made it clear that I'm busy getting quotes from all of you guys. Soni didn't take the car and money gets deducted from my account. And now when I send you emails trying to get my money back the feedback is a drag. I have since received a confirmation of cancellation letter. An email from Chanel De Sousa Conceicao saying "In order for First for women to process the refund, you require the document from the dealership confirming the vehicle was never taken delivery of. Without this valid document, we are not in the position to process a refund." How is that my issue to deal with, who sent you guys my vehicle contract in the first place. It definitely wasn't me. I've moved to a new province and still looking for a vehicle to purchase I've got enough stress already and financial inconvenience is what you guys a re putting me into.I WANT MY MONEY!!! WHICH I WORK SO HARD FOR!!!
